We will dispense a cell phone to you equipped with GPS (Global Positioning System). We will show you how to charge and use the cell phone. You will carry the phone with you when leaving the house and record location and time in a diary log book. We ask that the phone be put on the charger nightly. At the end of 30 days, we will ask that you return your cell phone/charger and diary log book.
