The second session on October 14^th, "Overcoming Cross-Cultural Communication Barriers", will provide information on common cross-cultural barriers that can cause unexpected communication issues in the workplace. Some barriers are mildly annoying and others are potentially explosive. Common mistakes that can lead to misunderstandings and frustration as well as tips for improved cross-cultural communication will be presented.
