The first session on September 9^th, "Effective Communication", will provide information on incorporating powerful language to project a more positive and professional image, encourage cooperation, reduce conflict and increase the effectiveness of all communications. This session will also identify powerless expressions and weak language that can sabotage people's daily interactions and professional success without them even being aware of the negative impact it has on their relationships and careers.
