The speaker for this session will be Patrick Friman, PhD, ABPP, Director of Clinical Services, Boystown/Clinical Professor Pediatrics, UNMC.  There is a psychological dimension to change in the workplace.  Whether the employee perceives the change as welcome or unwelcome, changes are a very real part of everyday work life.  Sometimes change is accompanied by resistance, which makes it difficult to move forward successfully.  In this session, Dr. Friman will discuss methods for successfully implementing and adapting to these changes for both the manager and the employee
