Employee Relations is responsible for Affirmative Action Office, ADA, Equal Employment Opportunity, conflict resolution/problem solving, employee grievance process, employee relations issues, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Exit Survey, Harassment, Human Resources Development and Training, New Employee Orientation, Reward and Recognition program, (including Community Service Award, Diversity Award, Gold U, Partnership Award, Service Awards Dinner, Silver U, Years of Service Awards), UNMC policy and employment law compliance and interpretation, unemployment, worker's compensation.
