Outstanding Performance Stipends

This program was developed to recognize and reward outstanding employee performance with discretionary cash rewards.  The program is funded through a set aside of 0.5% of the annual salary increase pool.  The maximum amount any individual may receive is $2,500; awards may be given from September 1 through March 31 in a fiscal year, in recognition of sustained performance exceeding expectations.
