Clinical Interests/Career Plans: Since I’m a graduate of the Internal Medicine-Pediatrics program, I hope to continue in both fields throughout my medical career. At this point, I enjoy academic medicine and hope to pursue a job as hospitalist for both age groups.
Favorite Aspect of the Program: I am constantly impressed at the comradery between our residents and their willingness to help each other out. Whether it’s helping an intern by supervising a paracentesis, showing them tricks with our new EMR, or taking a call because of a resident’s family emergency, we are always looking out for each other.
