Clinical Interests/Career plans: My interests include patient safety and quality improvement, while teaching residents and medical students. I am very grateful for my opportunity to learn about these areas of medicine this year as well as improving healthcare for the veterans. My overall career goal is to go into an Allergy and Immunology fellowship and practice in Nebraska.
Favorite Aspect of Program: I can honestly say that I was friends with everyone in my graduating class as well as many residents in other classes. We get to know each other and support each other throughout residency. If a resident needs help with any aspect of residency training, there is always another resident to help out, including covering call etc. We all work as a team, but are more than teammates, we are all friends and try to make work as fun as possible.
