Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Smith received her MD from North Dakota School of Medicine and was the Chief Fellow in Cardiovascular Disease at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Her main interest are in newer echocardiographic modalities such as perfusion imaging, strain rate imaging, and maintains an on-going interest in Women's Cardiovascular Health. Dr. Smith is a published author of: The Bug Book: A Survey of Patient's Understanding of Viral Versus Bacterial Infections and Proper Usage of Antibiotics, published by the University of North Dakota, 1993.
