FELLOWSHIP APPLICATION - via ERAS
We accept applications only through ERAS® - The Electronic Residency Application Service. Applicant interviews are an important part of the match process and are by invitation only. Before an invitation can be extended, we must have the following materials on file in ERAS:
- A completed application
- An official letter from the chairman of your department of medicine or from his/her designee
- Three letters of recommendation from at least two other members of your medical school faculty
- Medical school transcripts
- Copy of your USMLE scores
- Letter of recommendation from your dean
- Personal statement and Curriculum Vitae
Interviews are held from January to May. Once you have been invited, we must have at least ten working days notice to reserve a date and make arrangements for each interview. Both first-year fellowship positions will be selected through the Endocrine Match via the National Residency Match Program (NRMP). For international medical graduates, we do prefer an 85% or better on USMLE exams and required completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency in the United States. We sponsor only J1 visas. There is no preference based on graduation date. If you have questions about the application or interview process, please call or write to:
