Application Process
The Division of Geriatrics and Gerontology welcomes applicants who are board certified or eligible in internal medicine or family practice. Applications are accepted through the ERAS electronic application process or at the mailing address listed listed below.
Applicant interviews are an important part of the match process and are by invitation only. Before your application can be considered complete and eligible for consideration, these required documents must be submitted:
- Current photo
- Completed application worksheet
- Current CV
- Letter of recommendation from your residency program director or from his/her designee
- Letter of recommendation from at least two other members of your medical school faculty who can speak on behalf of your clinical experiences
- Personal statement
- A copy of USMLE steps 1, 2 and 3 scores
- A copy of your ECFMG certificate, if applicable
