The Geriatric faculty offices are located at 730 S. 38th Ave, level 3 of the Home Instead Center For Successful Aging.
These offices include the physicians, nurses, and social worker, as well as the secretaries and office manager.
- The Geriatric Assessment Program is held Wednesday morning starting at 7:00 am (do not be late). Wednesday afternoon at 1:15 p.m, the interdisciplinary team conference is held to discuss patients seen in the morning. Friday are follow-up family conferences.
- Ambulatory Clinics - daily.
