Clinical programs of the Division of Geriatrics

The Geriatric faculty offices are located at 730 S. 38th Ave, level 3 of the Home Instead Center For Successful Aging.

These offices include the physicians, nurses, and social worker, as well as the secretaries and office manager.

1. The Geriatric Assessment Program is held Wednesday morning starting at 7:00 am (do not be late). Wednesday afternoon at 1:15 p.m, the interdisciplinary team conference is held to discuss patients seen in the morning. Friday are follow-up family conferences.
2. Ambulatory Clinics - daily.
