SILENT AUCTION RULES
The Silent Auction will begin at 9:00 am on Monday, 4 December 2006, and bidding will close on all items at 12 midnight on Sunday, 10 December 2006.
Bidders need not be UNMC faculty, staff, or students, but must be of legal age to participate in the auction.
All bidders must register with a valid e-mail address. Check this address shortly after registering for password information. NOTE: Your e-mail address is not distributed to anyone and is only used to contact you about specific items that you bid on. All e-mail addresses are purged from the server after auction closes and all items have been claimed.
Starting bids and minimum bid increases are noted for each item and cannot be altered by the bidder.
The highest bidder for each item at the close of the auction will be responsible for payment of the winning bid on that item.
After the close of the Auction, the items sold will be held at the Office of International Studies & Programs in Annex 4, 38th Avenue and Leavenworth. Please call 559-6414 to make payment and pickup arrangements.
Payment must be received prior to taking possession of purchased items.
Payment may be made with cash or by check (payable to SAGH).
Items not picked up and paid for by Friday, 12 January 2007 will be offered to the next highest bidder.
All items are non-returnable.
There is no representation or warranty expressed or implied by UNMC or SAGH for any of the products offered through this auction.
SAGH and the Office of International Studies & Programs reserve the right to alter the auction closing time, or remove any of the items for sale.
SAGH and Office of International Studies & Programs reserve the right to reject or void bids, whether successful or not.
