Sync Log Error

What Happens

I'm receiving a "sync log error" in Outlook.

Why is this happening?

This happens when the Outlook client gets out of sync with the server.

Try This:

From 2010:  File / info / account settings / account settings / email tab / repair / next / finish

From 2007:  tools / account settings / email tab / repair / next / finish
