Data Center Operations

Data Center Operations provides monitoring, troubleshooting and problem resolution for all computing platforms and networks for UNMC and the clinical enterprise. Operations staff members are on duty 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to ensure the integrity of computer processes and to address issues as they arise. Operations provides enterprise help desk support on weekends, holidays and after business hours.
