ESS to eServ

ESS becomes eServ (January 2013)

UNMC ESS (Employee Self-Service) has been decommissioned.  Applications have been moved to either UNMC Employee Services (eServ) or Management Resources.  Continue to use your UNMC NetID and password to access eServ or Management Resources (this does not impact Firefly).

Employee Services (eServ) ~ for ALL Employees)

ESS applications that have been moved to eServ include:

  • UNMC Alerts
  • Campus Resources (reward & recognition)
  • Purchasing Card (card application, policies/procedures)
  • Parking
  • ITS (request for adds, moves, changes in services, software downloads)
  • Education (event registration & my certification)

Management Resources (requires special access privileges)

ESS applications that have been moved to Management Resources incluces

  • Financial Management (negative balance reporting, pCard for financial managers)
  • ITS (affiliate account requests, etc)
  • Campus Resources (workforce administration, special circumstance requests)
  • Directory Coordinator Functions (adding directory listing, updating department listing)
  • Photo ID (requesting affiliate Photo ID)
  • Training & Certification (coordinator functions)
