- Lync is not available off campus and ITS does not have any connectivity to the Hospital at this time.
- While Lync has many features, only Instant Messaging is available at this time. There are no immediate plans to support the more advanced Lync features.
Second, Download and Install Microsoft Lync |
- The software is located on eServ ~ https://net.unmc.edu/eserv/
- Enter UNMC NetID and Password
- Select ITS > Software > ITS Downloads
- Select Microsoft Lync download for your Windows or Mac
- Windows - 32 Bit
- Windows - 64 Bit
- Mac
- Follow install prompts
- The Microsoft Lync Icon will appear on your desktop
