Server Installs into Data Center

Departmental Servers

Department purchased servers should be housed in the secured data center. To begin the server install process complete the online server request form.

VM Servers

A VM server environment is available for some applications. ITS will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis, as the VM environment is not feasible in all instances.

Small (standard) configuration includes Windows 2008 R2, 4 gb RAM with 1 CPU. Anything above these parameters I consider a larger server.
Large configuration is anything above these parameters.

Customers will pay for the established VM server cost + server license + storage and backup costs.
