CINAHL is an index to all publications in and around the nursing and allied health fields. Articles in the database are indexed back to 1982.

Types of Records:

CINAHL provides access to health care books, dissertations, conference proceedings, standards of practice, education software, audiovisuals and book chapters, and journal articles. It also provides full text for 60 journals plus legal cases, clinical innovations, critical paths, drug records, research instruments, clinical trials.

Documents Covered:

This provides indexing and abstracting for over 1,700 current nursing and allied health journals and other publications dating back to 1982 and contains over 920,000 records.
