Select and Print 5, Highly Relevant IPA Records
- Add 5, highly relevant records to your folder by clicking the "Add,"
folder-shaped icons next to the records. "Added," open-folder-shaped icons will appear next to the selected records. (You can remove a record from your folder by clicking that record's folder icon a second time. The "Add," closed-folder-shaped icon will return).
- Click on the "Folder
has items" link above the result list to reach your selected records. The "Folder Contents" page will appear.
- Look at the links above the result list. Click the "Select All" link.
- Click on the "Print"
icon above the list of items included in your folder. The "Print Manager" page will appear.
- To save paper, change the "Include When Printing" selection on the right-hand side of the page to "Citation format." You may choose any of the available citation formats.
- Click on the "Print"
button
. The formatted citations will appear and then a "Print" dialog box will appear.
- Click the "OK" or "Print" button in the "Print" dialog box.
- Turn-in your record printout at the end of class along with your other lab work.
