*Only UNMC Classified students are entitled to 50 "free" interlibrary loan requests. Classified students are defined as individuals who are paying UNMC tuition and fees and whose degree will be awarded through UNMC.

**An ADDITIONAL fee of $31.00 per article is charged for the 6th and all subsequent articles requested, by an individual library user, from a single journal title, during the course of one academic year. This additional fee helps defray copyright royalty fees that are paid by the library when the number of articles that can be copied from a single journal title, during the course of a year, under fair use (copyright) guidelines, is exceeded.

Although the library tries to inform users when they may exceed fair use guidelines, ultimate responsibility lies with the user.
