Abbott Vision Mapping Room
The equipment in this room enables our staff to better understand the quantity and quality of a patient's remaining vision. For patients with macular disease, the scanning laser ophthalmoscope (SLO) helps to identify the areas of the macula capable of the best vision. This will help our staff to provide the patient with the appropriate training activities to best use his or her remaining vision.
