Rehabilitation; should clearly set the goal for the therapy, (for example; a patient who has lost function and ability to walk during their hospitalization should have a goal such as; "regain ability to independently ambulate and transfer").  The physical and occupational therapists can then devise a program to gain that goal.

Daily Care; orders here should address daily care.  Examples can include; up in chair to meals, nursing staff to ambulate (designate frequency), ad lib or as tolerated.  However, if it is important that a patient have regular and specified activities by clearly designating this in your orders. This will more likely "git-er done" in a busy nursing facility environment.
