Continuing Education Credits
While the program is free, the cost to receive continuing education
contact hours is $40, regardless of the number of sessions that
participants attend. Participants must register for
Mini-Medical School at the site they will attend, and they will receive
contact hours for each full session that they attend.
Participants should bring their payment (cash or check) to
the first session they attend.
For nurses: The University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing Continuing
Nursing Education is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing
education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on
Accreditation.
This activity is provided for 5.5 contact hours under
ANCC criteria. Provided for 6.6 contact hours under Iowa Provider #78.
Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing,
Provider #13699 for 6.6 contact hours.
