Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery
What is SILS?
SILS is short for Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery. At the Nebraska Medical Center General Surgery and Bariatric surgery can be performed using the SILS technique. Dr. Dmitry Oleynikov, Dr. Corrigan McBride, Dr. Matthew Goede and Dr. Vishal Kothari have all been trained and are practicing this procedure.
