Professional Summary:

Dr. St. Clair is a Program Evaluator at Munroe-Meyer Institute, UNMC, in the Interdisciplinary Center for Program Evaluation.  She evaluates such programs as:  NASA Summer of Innovation; the Learning Community of Douglas & Sarpy Counties; Nebraska 21st Century Community Learning Centers; Educare of Nebraska; Early Childhood Services, a project of Building Bright Futures; Boys of Girls Club of the Midlands-Teen Centers through the Daugherty Foundation, and is in the midst of a randomized control trial study of the national Educare model. She served on the Board of Examiners for the National Council on the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) from 2003 to 2010 and is past president of the Evaluation Network for the Missouri River Basin. Her publications have focused on family engagement, early childhood professional development, and principal supervision of early childhood programs.
