UNMC General Pediatrics Behavioral Health Services have operated since 1987. The clinic is located in the Durham Outpatient Center at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
The primary staff is Dr. Keith Allen and Dr. Bill Warzak. They are Professors of Pediatrics at the Munroe-Meyer Institute and licensed psychologists. They have provided behavioral health services to all referred children, adolescents, and their families at the General Pediatric Clinic at the University of Nebraska Medical Center for almost 20 years. Dr. Allen attended Western Michigan University and the University of West Virginia for graduate training and the University of Mississippi Medical Center for his internship training. Dr. Warzak attended Georgia State University for his graduate training and completed a post doctoral fellowship at John's Hopkins University. Both have worked at UNMC since 1987 and specialize in assessing and treating behavioral health problems in children with disabilities as well as children with common behavioral, academic, and developmental issues.
Dr. Allen accepts appointments on Tuesday afternoons and Dr. Warzak accepts appointments on Thursday afternoons.
