Summarizes some of the data from a 1996 survey of 6,946 Nebraska residents who were asked several questions designed to identify depression and alcohol related problems. Respondents who appeared to have symptoms of depression or alcohol abuse were then administered a more in-depth survey to determine how many of the respondents sought help for depression and/or alcohol related disorders.
