1. Explain how sleep consultation relates to the role of lactation consultants
2. Identify the various sleep cycles, and their effect on physical and mental health
3. Evaluate normal sleep and eating patterns in the first four months of life
4. Differentiate between healthy and unhealthy sleep and eating habits in the first 4-6 months of life
5. Recommend sleep resources to clients and peers
