Residents receive the following benefits:

HO II         $56,502
HO III        $58,805
HO IV       $60,901
HO V        $63,033

Call schedule:

A resident's call schedule is highly variable, but it is not more than every third night under normal circumstances. All call is home call and averages every fourth day for the first three years. Fourth and fifth year residents take home back up call and average seven per month.
