Sharon considers it a privilege to work in the Office of Student Equity and Multicultural Affairs as an Outreach Retention Specialist.  Sharon came here from Creighton University and has worked in Student Services for more than 10 years.

Sharon earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1979.  In 1996, she completed a Master of Science degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

At the Medical Center Sharon is responsible for working with the following:

• College of Dentistry and Dental Hygiene
• College of Medicine
• College of Pharmacy     

Areas of the School of Allied Health Professions:

• Physical Therapy Education
• Lincoln Public Schools
• Omaha Public Schools and Catholic High Schools
• NU-PATH Program

 Sharon's primary objective has been to motivate students to achieve academic success and has previous experience with students at every educational level.  Sharon gains tremendous personal satisfaction from assisting students in gaining insights about educational possibilities.
