Research Area
My research is to single cell PCR approaches to clone recombinant antibodies from RA patients and to identify their cognate antigens and reactivites with specific tissues, which may shed new light on the mechanism of disease pathogenesis and help to find specific treatments to prevent organ destructions in autoimmune diseases.
