The division of Emergency Medicine is the only emergency department in Nebraska dedicated solely to the care of children. The pediatric-trained doctors and staff specialize in meeting the unique needs of children and their families during a medical emergency. They are located at Children's Hospital and Medical Center, with additional urgent care facilities throughout the city of Omaha.
