Five percent (5%) of your grade is based on successfully completing the Core Experience Log. These are basic experiences in pediatric medicine that you should be able to experince during the clerkship. However, given the seasonal variations with pediatric disorders, we recognize this may not always be the case. Therefore, you have the option of completing CLIPP cases as a reasonable substitute for direct patient care. These cases were developed by the Council On Medical Student Education in Pediatrics to supplement your education. The cases are interactive and can take up to 45 minutes to complete one. You should be cognizant of what you have experienced and what you have not so you can complete whichever CLIPP cases you need to complete this log.
