For all campus users:
Fee for users with assistance: $95/h
Fee for users without assistance: $55/h
Fee for ion-beam sputtering/etching machine: $10/h
Fee for the use of off line computers for data analysis in the Nanoimaging Core Facility: $5/h
For all out campus users:
Fee for users with assistance: $185/h
Fee for users without assistance: $105/h
Fee for ion-beam sputtering/etching machine: $15/h
For all users:
Training fees including use of AFM/RAMAN instruments and Analysis software: $40/h
Fee for AFM probes: $18/probe
