The Phi Lambda Sigma Society is the leadership society for pharmacy. The purpose of Phi Lambda Sigma is the encouragement, recognition, and promotion of leadership in pharmacy, with special attention given to the development of leadership qualities. To be eligible for membership, students must have completed at least one year of pharmacy school and have demonstrated leadership roles within the profession of pharmacy.
