Teaching Activities:
Mr. Ridgway directs the clerkship experiences for the early and advanced experiential programs offered by the college. He has extensive experience as an ambulatory care practitioner in a variety of community pharmacy practice settings, including several years as an owner of a medical building pharmacy. He is responsible for recruiting and developing new experiential training sites, fostering professional relationships with the pharmacy community, and monitoring, developing and evaluating the performance of all experiential faculty. Mr. Ridgway is one of the primary instructors for Legal and Ethical Principles of Pharmacy Practice (PHPR 660) and an instructor for the compounding laboratory portion of Pharmaceutical Sciences I (PHSC 570). In addition, he serves as faculty advisor for the Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA - ASP).

Research Activities/Interests:
Mr. Ridgway's interests include mentoring students and preceptors, cost implications and benefits of student clerkships, and the formulation of new dosage forms and delivery systems. He is also interested in professional education about addiction and the promotion and implementation of safe working environments for the healthcare professional.
