Teaching Activities:
Dr. Roche provides lectures and coordinates Introduction to Pharmaceutical Sciences, and provides lectures in Medicinal Chemistry I and II. At the graduate level, he lectures in Advanced Medicinal Chemistry.

Research Activities/Interests:
The Research interests of Dr. Roche include the design, synthesis, and evaluation of compounds for the study of opiate receptors and other CNS drug-receptors. Dr. Roche spent 23 years as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs which has lead to an interest in educational research and student learning.
