Study 1: This study is evaluating a novel formulation of an FDA-approved medication, rivastigmine, for the treatment of persons with moderate to severe Alzheimer disease. This study compares a low-dose patch formulation of the drug to an investigational high-dose formulation.
Persons who are at least 50 years old, are in good general medical health, and have a reliable caregiver that can accompany them for appointments, may be eligible to participate.

Study 2: This is a study to evaluate whether the use of intravemous immune globulin (also called IGIV) can change the rate of memory decline and daily functioning in subjects with mild to moderate Alzheimer disease.
Person who are between the ages of 50 and 89, inclusive, are in general good health and who have a reliable caregiver may be eligible to participate.

Future Studies:
