Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Egbert specializes in inpatient adult psychiatry and holds the title of Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Service Chief in Psychiatry at The Nebraska Medical Center. He has served as Medical Director of the Adult Crisis Unit since 2003.

Dr. Egbert was selected for the "Golden Heart" award from the Creighton-Nebraska Psychiatry Residency Program in 2006. He also received the Irma Bland Award from the American Psychiatric Association for residency teaching in 2007.
