Dr. Fleisher is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry.  He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.S. in biology in 1981 and received his M.D. at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in 1987. He completed his residency in Psychiatry in 1991 at the joint Creighton-Nebraska University Department of Psychiatry.

Dr. Fleisher is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.  He is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a member of the American Medical Association, and other professional associations dedicated to treating developmental and intellectual disabilities.

His main interest is in Neurodevelopmental psychiatry.
