- Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities demonstrating a minimum GPA of 3.35 or above in previous course work. Applicants must hold a minimum of a baccalaureate degree or equivalent from a recognized college or university.
- Three letters of recommendation from academic or professional references.
- A statement of intent which supports interest areas and career goals.
- A resume or curriculum vitae.
- Official scores on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) taken within the last three years.

- Applicants from foreign countries where English is not the primary language must present:
- Official scores on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). A score of at least 550 on the paper-based TOEFL, 213 on the computer-based TOEFL, or 80 on the Internet-based TOEFL is required.
