Evaluation
The Great Plains PHTC requires a rigorous evaluation plan for continuous quality improvement. Evaluation is a major component of the Great Plains PHTC. The Public Policy Center (PPC) at the University of Nebraska Lincoln will be the lead evaluator. The PPC will employ a participatory program evaluation approach, which is particularly useful for evaluating projects that are collaborative in nature. A rigorous evaluation of this type will allow the Great Plains PHTC the opportunity to enhance its offerings each year.
