Leslie Marsh is the Chief Executive Officer of the Lexington Regional Health Center in Lexington, Nebraska.  She has been with this center since 1998, and has a proven success record of building new programs and strengthening organizational management, reducing staff vacancies and turnover, stabilizing the employee base, and delivering clinical services that meet quality, safety, and efficiency benchmarks.  She is a strong, strategic thinker with the ability to link operational objectives and meet financial targets for costs and revenue, meanwhile engaging the community and region in planning and professional organization for the public’s health.

Ms. Marsh also serves in various state and regional initiatives.  She currently sits on the board for the Nebraska Statewide Trauma Region III and the Nursing Advisory Board for Central Community College.  In addition, she is involved with the Cast V Maternal Child Health Committee, Genetics and Model Informed Consent Screening Committee, and the Minority Health District III Board through the Department of Health and Human Services. 

Ms. Marsh is committed to improving rural health care services and meeting the needs of citizens, health care providers and employers in the tri-county area.
