A dialogue will be facilitated that generates a commitment to changes in health care delivery, finance and outcomes in Nebraska. Elements necessary to generate that commitment include appreciation for the current crisis in health care finance, understanding of the multiple causes of the crisis, knowledge of specific actions that can be undertaken within the state, and ability to use state discussions and experiences to influence national policy.
