ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Completion of the College of Public Health application and submission a $75 application fee.
• A one page personal statement describing the applicant’s:
  • Career goals and reasons for seeking further professional education.
• Official transcripts reflecting an earned bachelor’s degree, with a 3.0 or higher grade point average for the last 60 undergraduate or the last 18 graduate/post-baccalaureate credit hours completed.
  • Official transcripts of all college work, undergraduate and graduate, from each school you have attended must be sent directly to the COPH Office of Educational Services. “Issued to Student” transcripts are not acceptable.
• The transcripts and all other materials submitted in support of an application become the permanent property of the University of Nebraska Medical Center and will not be returned or forwarded to another individual, college, or agency.
