Biography
(MBA Candidate 2010, B.A. Psychology – University of Nebraska at Omaha-Omaha, NE)
Ron started his professional career as a manager with TCF National Bank. During his ten years as a Financial Sales Manager, Ronaldo also worked with USBank and Bank of America. As a Financial Sales Manager his key focus was on redeveloping failed banking centers while forming successful sales teams; for territorial growth through market penetration. By applying his knowledge of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, he has been successful in both the financial and insurance industry. Currently, Ronaldo works at The University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Public Health. His key focus remains in relationship building, community involvement / development, and building long lasting relationships with his community / clients. Ronaldo was born in Chicago, but lived in Guatemala for twelve years. He is currently a Board Member of The Heartland Latino Leadership Conference, and serves on various committees in Omaha.
