Tadd Pullin, a native of St. Louis, began his career in health care in 1991 as a prevention educator.  While employed full-time, he pursued graduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis in human resources and hospital administration, graduating with two Master’s degrees in 1994 from the school of arts and sciences and the school of medicine.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McKendree University in psychology and business administration.  Mr. Pullin is a fellow and board certified with ACHE, the American College of Healthcare Executives.

His career in hospital administration began in 1993 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, where he served as the evening administrator reporting to the hospital president.  His post graduate fellowship in health care administration was completed in 1995 at The Methodist Hospital System in Houston, Texas where he also served the organization until 2002 in strategic planning, marketing and human resources leadership positions.

In 2002, Mr. Pullin was recruited to The Nebraska Medical Center to serve as vice president for marketing and planning.  He worked with the hospital’s stakeholders to develop a three year strategic plan, a branding effort which included the name change to “The Nebraska Medical Center” and a three year marketing plan that resulted in the “Serious Medicine. Extraordinary Care.” campaign.  Mr. Pullin left Omaha in late 2005 in an effort to relocate his daughter closer to their extended family in Houston and to serve as the President and CEO of the John P. McGovern Museum of Health and Medical Science, a health science education institute within the Texas Medical Center in Houston.  Mr. Pullin was recruited back to Omaha in late 2007 to the position of Vice President, Marketing, Planning and Network Operations and his extended family has made the decision to follow him to Omaha.

Mr. Pullin has served on the board of directors of SimplyWell, Community Health Charities, Hope Medical Outreach, Latino Center of the Midlands, March of Dimes and St. Thomas University.  He also enjoys serving as a volunteer and contributor to a number of charitable and academic organizations.  He has one daughter, Haley who is a second year student at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
