Research interests

My primary, overarching interest is to understand how socioecological factors influence individual dietary behaviors and correlates associated with chronic disease (e.g., cancer) and obesity in disparate populations. More specifically, I aim to understand how food preparation behaviors and related factors are associated with healthy dietary intake.
