Director
Two Rivers Public Health Department
Terry is the Director of the Two Rivers Public Health Department serving 94,000 people in Buffalo, Dawson, Franklin, Gosper, Harlan, Kearney, and Phelps Counties in south central Nebraska. She has been the Director of the Department since its formation in 2002. Two Rivers Public Health Department provides health prevention, promotion, protection, and referral services and its priority areas are focused in Emergency Response and Surveillance, Wellness, Resource Access, Minority, Maternal and Child Health.
Terry currently serves as the Chairman of the Nebraska SACCHO which is the Local Health director’s section of the Public Health Association of Nebraska (PHAN). She is a member of the UNMC Chancellors Board of Counselors, the Nebraska Preventive Health Advisory Committee and the Steering Committee of the Tri- Cities Medical Response System (TRIMRS). She is a graduate of the Great Plains Public Health Leadership Institute. She serves on the Phelps Memorial Health Center Foundation and the Buffalo County Community Partners Board of Directors.
